As a staff member, you’ll not only witness but also facilitate the profound transformations of others.

Here’s what you’ll be a part of:

Awareness Workshop

  • Emotional Healing Support:
    Assist participants in techniques to resolve inner trauma and emotional disconnection.

  • Leadership Skills Mentorship:
    Help guide others as they develop confidence and authentic leadership.

  • Spiritual Guidance:
    Deepen your own connection to The Creator through Torah insights while helping others do the same.

    Nurture the exclusive and intimate environment that fosters lasting connections among like-minded Jewish men.

As a valued alumnus of our previous workshops, you are invited to join the staff for just $900, instead of the usual $2400 fee. This is a unique opportunity to continue your growth while guiding others on their journey.

  • Duration: 3 Days, 2 Nights

  • Participants: Limited to 20 participants, 6 Spaceholder-participants and staff.

  • Your Role: Support emotional healing, leadership development, and spiritual growth through group coaching and hands-on teachings.

Bring a notebook for reflections, comfortable clothing for various activities, and personal items that help you stay grounded. We’ll provide all other necessary materials.

2. How do I prepare to be a staff member?

You’ll receive a preparatory call and resources to help you step into the role with confidence.

3. What is the refund policy?

Cancel up to 14 days prior for a full refund; reschedule for future workshops up to 48 hours prior.

4. How many staff members will there be?

We will accept a maximum of 15 staff members - usually less - for this workshop to ensure an intimate and impactful experience.

5. What Roles are available?

You can choose from Kitchen, Wake-up, Round-up, Davening, & Admin opportunities.
