Welcome to Anochi
(“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, offerings, and products, including but not limited to live workshops, coaching sessions, online courses, and digital content, offered in the United States and Canada (collectively, the “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services or attending any of our workshops.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
Anochi is a transformational coaching and personal development brand rooted in Jewish spirituality. We provide workshops, coaching, and spiritual growth opportunities designed for Jewish men, with a focus on emotional healing, leadership development, and spiritual awakening

By registering for, attending, or participating in any of our workshops, events, or coaching sessions, you agree to these Terms. Your participation in any of our Services, whether virtual or in-person, signifies your acceptance of these Terms, including any disclaimers and policies outlined here.
While Anochi provides tools, insights, and guidance to support personal growth, we do not guarantee any specific results from participation in our Services. The success of our programs depends on a variety of factors, including your commitment, readiness, and openness to the process. By registering for our workshops or coaching programs, you acknowledge and accept that the outcomes of the Services are subjective and vary from person to person.
The content, techniques, and teachings provided through Anochi’s workshops, coaching, or related offerings are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice . We are not licensed medical practitioners, psychologists, or mental health professionals. If you are experiencing any medical or psychological conditions, we strongly advise you to consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating in any of our Services.
Your participation in any of our workshops, webinars, coaching, or events is voluntary and at your own risk. Anochi assumes no liability for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during your participation in our Services, whether they are physical, emotional, psychological, or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries sustained during physical activities such as breathwork or movement exercises during live workshops.
By attending any of our live workshops, whether in the United States or Canada, you agree to waive any and all claims against Anochi, its employees, facilitators, and representatives for any injury, harm, or damage that may arise before, during, or after the workshop. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to physical injury, emotional distress, or financial loss incurred as a result of attending the workshop.
All materials provided by Anochi, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written content, and workshop materials, are the
exclusive property of Anochi. You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any of these materials for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission. Violation of this section may result in legal action.
By registering for any of the Services, including workshops or coaching sessions, you agree to pay the price indicated at the time of registration. Payments are due in full unless otherwise stated in the specific service offering.
Refunds for live workshops or coaching sessions are only available if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the event. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be eligible for rescheduling but will not be refunded . Anochi reserves the right to modify its refund policy at any time without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York in the United States, and the Province of Ontario in Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the respective jurisdictions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anochi, its employees, facilitators, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, participation in workshops, or violation of these Terms.
Anochi is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or failures to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
Anochi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
